SRE Building

 

The SRE ground breaking ceremony went great. H.E. Whitlock was awarded the contract and is scheduled to start construction any day now.  

 

Airport Ground Lease

 

We are in the process of getting a discounted rate for the first several people who build at the airport.  Currently our rate is $0.18/ sq ft per YEAR for an initial term of 25 years with an option for an additional 25 years. Please call if you have any questions or would like a copy of our current lease.
